Mornee Jewelry are pleased to offer all our U.K based customers free delivery on all jewelry purchases. We ship our jewelry via Royal Mail. The item(s) will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order. Our Courier partner delivers Monday – Saturday between 8.00am – 6.30pm. We do not deliver on Weekends and Bank Holidays.
Once we dispatch an item, we inform our customers through a confirmation email sent to their email address, which includes the expected delivery date.
To maintain security and guarantee that the parcel arrives at the correct recipient, a signature is mandatory upon delivery. Most deliveries will be attempted two times, unless there is an issue with the address. Any parcels that are not delivered for any reason will be sent back to our Warehouse. We may impose Handling Charges for the return. Additionally, Re-delivery would be charged.
We are not responsible for items dispatched to the wrong address because of incorrect details given at check out. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charge to divert to the correct address.
Parcels may only be dispatched to the billing address of the cardholder, as mandated by credit card companies. If you wish to have the items delivered to an alternate address, please ensure that the second address is registered with the credit card company. Once approved by the credit card company, we will be able to send the items to alternate addresses.
