Returns or refunds for goods will not be accepted unless they are defective. In the rare event your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please inform us via email at [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your jewelry, including a photo of the issue. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. We will then provide you with the necessary details for returning the goods and instructions on how to complete the returns process.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after 14 working days from the date of purchase. If we provide a refund, we will pay it to the account you used to purchase the goods. The refund for any items will be at our sole discretion and will be subject to approval from our inspection team.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can exchange for a product of the same value or higher. Please be aware that items on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
All customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and it is recommended to use first- or second-class mail or Yodel for this purpose.
Due to hygiene regulations, we are unable to return products which include earrings, head jewellery or nose jewellery.
Returns that are unauthorized or damaged may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
